4. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may only be canceled if food preparation has not yet begun.

Once an order has been prepared, is ready for pickup, or has been dispatched for delivery, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, replacements, or store credit for prepared food.

5. Pickup & Delivery

Customers are responsible for picking up their orders during business hours. Estimated pickup and delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volume, weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Our menu items may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish.

While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free from allergens. Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions order at their own discretion.
